How is coaching with Dr. Nicastro unique?
- I have spent the last fifteen years helping individuals & couples, and I draw upon that extensive experience in every coaching session I conduct.
- I offer a full 60-minute coaching session (most coaches and therapists only offer a “45-minute hour,” yet you get charged for 60 minutes!).
- After each coaching session you will receive my personal notes—a summary of our meeting to help you implement the strategies discussed during our call.
- I stay up-to-date on the latest relationship research—research that we will use to improve your marriage or relationship.
- I coach both individuals and couples. So if your spouse/partner isn’t on board, you can still learn the essential skills you need to bring your relationship to the next level.
I offer marriage and relationship coaching by phone or Skype. You can purchase 30-minute or 60-minute sessions.
